Creator Program Terms

Who these terms are for
These terms apply to creators who are not GFRental companions and who join the Creator Program at gfrental.com/creators. GF Rental LLC (“GFRental”, “we”) runs the program. By applying you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to these terms, our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.You are an independent creator
You are not an employee or agent of GFRental. You decide when and how you create. Nobody is required to buy anything or pay anything to join, and you are never paid just for signing people up — only for real views and for real paying members.How you are paid
Views: $1.50 per 1,000 valid views, up to $150 per video, paid through the campaign platform after we approve the video there. Members: $50 for each paying member who joins through your link ($65 from your 5th, $80 from your 20th). Invites: $25 when a creator you invited brings in their first paying member or approved companion, and $10 for each paying member they bring in during their first 6 months (one level only). Member and invite rewards are held 30 days and paid monthly by PayPal; a refunded member cancels the rewards tied to them.Every video must be submitted to us
Submit each video on your creator dashboard as well as on the campaign platform, with its current view count. We review every video before its view pay is approved. Videos not submitted to us may not be approved.What counts as a valid view
Only real people watching naturally. Not allowed: bought views, likes or followers; bots, view farms or automation; engagement groups or view-for-view swaps; incentivized viewing; re-uploading someone else’s video; and misleading or sexual content. We decide in good faith which views are valid, using the platform’s data and the visits and sign-ups your tracking link brings in.Quality checks before payment
- A video with 10,000 or more views that brings no visits to GFRental through your link is not approved.
- A video with 50,000 or more views that brings no sign-ups is paid only up to 50,000 views.
- A video with 100,000 or more views is paid only after you send a screenshot of its audience stats showing at least half of viewers are in the United States.
Limits
Up to 3 paid videos per creator per week, and up to $500 in view pay per creator per calendar month. We may pause or end the campaign, change rates for future videos, or close the program at any time; pay already approved is not affected.Keep videos up
Paid videos must stay public for at least 30 days. If a paid video is deleted or made private sooner, we may reverse its payment.Disclosure and content rules
Tag every video with #ad or the platform’s “Paid partnership” label (required by the FTC). Never say “rent,” never show prices, never show a member’s or companion’s name, photo or messages, and keep everything platonic and non-sexual. Follow each platform’s own rules.Withholding, reversal and removal
If we reasonably believe views or sign-ups were fake, bought or produced in breach of these terms, we may reject the video, withhold or reverse any related payment (including deducting it from future payments), and remove you from the program. You can ask us to review a decision through our contact form within 30 days.Taxes
You are responsible for your own taxes. We may ask for a tax form (such as a W-9) before paying you, and we may hold payments until we receive it.Using your videos
You keep ownership of your videos. You give GFRental a non-exclusive license to share, repost and run your GFRental videos as ads for 24 months, crediting you where the platform allows.Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to videos submitted after the update is posted here.
